This Publisher Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Publication Media ("Company") and you, the registered publisher ("Publisher"). By joining our network and using our platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Eligibility
To become a publisher on our network, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Own or have legal rights to operate the website(s) you list on our platform.
- Have a website with original content and a measurable, legitimate audience.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
2. Publisher Obligations
As a Publisher, you agree to:
- Maintain quality: Keep your website active, regularly updated, and free from malware or harmful content.
- Accurate representation: Provide truthful information about your website metrics, including traffic, niche, and audience demographics.
- Timely delivery: Complete accepted orders and publish articles within the deadlines specified in each order.
- Content permanence: Keep published sponsored content live for the minimum period stated in each order (typically 12 months or permanently unless otherwise agreed).
- Disclosure compliance: Follow applicable advertising disclosure requirements (e.g., FTC guidelines or local equivalents).
- Non-manipulation: Not engage in any scheme to artificially inflate traffic, clicks, or engagement metrics.
3. Content Standards
All content published through our platform must adhere to the following standards:
- Content must be well-written, relevant, and fit naturally within your website's niche.
- Content must not be plagiarized or violate any third-party intellectual property rights.
- Content must not contain adult material, hate speech, violent content, or illegal activity.
- Content must not include hidden links or deceptive SEO practices.
4. Compensation and Payments
- Publishers will receive compensation for each successfully completed and approved order at the price set in their website listing.
- Payments are processed on a regular schedule as outlined in your publisher dashboard.
- Publication Media reserves the right to withhold payment if an order is found to violate this Agreement or our platform policies.
- Publishers are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on earnings received through the platform.
5. Suspension and Termination
Publication Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Publisher's account and withhold payments in the event of:
- Violation of this Agreement or our Terms of Service.
- Submission of fraudulent information.
- Repeated failure to meet order deadlines.
- Removal of published content before the agreed minimum period.
- Any activity deemed harmful to Publication Media, its clients, or its reputation.
6. Relationship of Parties
Publishers are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or partners of Publication Media. Nothing in this Agreement creates any employment relationship, and Publishers are solely responsible for their own business operations and legal compliance.
7. Confidentiality
Publishers agree to keep confidential all non-public information about Publication Media's clients, pricing, and internal operations that they become aware of through their participation in the network.
8. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
