a) Registration

To use our platform as a publisher, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

b) Approval

Publisher accounts are subject to an approval process. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or revoke publisher status at our sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

c) Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Publisher Obligations

As a publisher on our platform, you agree to:

• Only list websites that you own or have the legal right to monetize.
• Provide accurate information about your website, including traffic figures and niche.
• Publish accepted orders within the agreed deadlines.
• Maintain published content live for a minimum period as specified in individual orders.
• Not engage in any activity that artificially inflates traffic or engagement metrics.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including those relating to advertising disclosures.

5. Content Standards

Content published through our platform must not:

• Be false, misleading, or defamatory.
• Infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Promote illegal activities, violence, hate speech, or discrimination.
• Contain malware, spam links, or other harmful code.
• Violate any applicable advertising standards or regulations.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards without prior notice and may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly breach them.

6. Payments and Fees

• Publishers will receive payments for completed and approved orders in accordance with the rates set for their websites.
• Payment schedules and methods are subject to the terms outlined in your publisher dashboard.
• We reserve the right to withhold payment if there is evidence of fraud, policy violations, or disputes.
• All amounts are stated in US Dollars unless otherwise specified.
• You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on income earned through our platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Publication Media platform, including our logo, design, software, and text, is the intellectual property of Publication Media and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

By submitting content to our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content solely for the purpose of operating our services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the platform immediately ceases.
• Any pending payments may be withheld pending review.
